Welcome to Special Operations University (SOU)! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or engaging in our services.

1. Copyright: All course materials are copyrighted to the instructor of the course. Students are prohibited from copying, editing, sharing, or distributing any course content without prior written permission from the instructor.
2. Student / Client Privacy and Security: As a privacy and security practitioner, Christopher Littlestone is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. SOU will never sell or share student / client data.
3. Instructor Privacy: Instructors on SOU will establish and publish their own privacy policies with their students. In the case of Christopher Littlestone, clients agree not to violate the privacy of Christopher Littlestone. This includes, but is not limited to, recording virtual sessions without express written consent and publishing photos or likenesses of Christopher Littlestone.
4. Instructor Payment: SOU Instructors will create an instructor account and upload and conduct their courses using the SOU platform. The SOU general policy is to take 10% of the enrollment cost and give the instructor 90% of the student enrollment cost. This policy is negotiable but must be agreed upon (in writing) by both the SOU and instructor prior to having the course go live.  Instructors are paid no less than monthly.
5. Instructor & Course Approval: SOU Instructors are approved on an individual, case-by-case basis.  Courses are also individually approved by SOU. This is because not all training / content should be open source … and SOU wants to always protect its reputation.    
6. Disclaimer: Security, cybersecurity, and privacy are constantly evolving fields. While SOU emphasizes best practices, no method guarantees absolute protection. SOU makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or effectiveness of any information or training provided, and shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from its use. Reliance on any information provided by SOU is solely at your own risk.
7. Participation: By enrolling in a paid course or a free course, you have consented to being added to our mailing list.  We will never sell your personal data or violate your privacy. But we will send you emails about Special Operations University and try to get you to enroll in a paid course.  You can unsubscribe anytime.
8. Course Access and Usage: Access to courses is granted for the sole purpose of personal education and professional development. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to course materials is strictly prohibited. SOU reserves the right to terminate access to courses for any violation of these terms.
