I am army veteran from South Korea and currently a monk in Roman Catholic monastery. This has been a good time to remind the leadership side from my military service through this course.

Definitely, a good course. It would be nice to have it more tailored as a course, because it does seem to flow a little goofy with some of the videos suggesting you watch other videos that are already in the course.

My suggestion would be to edit the videos to take out the introduction and closing portions of the videos. It just gave a "beating a dead horse" feeling.

That aside, I think this course is useful for civilian and serving members. A lot of information that I have forgotten as its been years since I have actually taken a leadership course.

This course has an easy to follow model with plentiful amounts of useful information transferable into whatever field you're operating in. Leadership is still relatively new to me and so I'm eager to learn as much as I can to help empower, drive, and support my team. I'm looking forward to implementing my newfound knowledge and adjusting to whatever dynamic situation I find myself in.

Great course. Including a bullet point summary at the end of each module and a final summary at the conclusion of the course would be very helpful for quickly reviewing previously learned information, rather than having to locate and re-watch the relevant videos.
