My suggestion would be to edit the videos to take out the introduction and closing portions of the videos. It just gave a "beating a dead horse" feeling.
That aside, I think this course is useful for civilian and serving members. A lot of information that I have forgotten as its been years since I have actually taken a leadership course.
Everyone else, specially if you are planning on joining the military (or were born after the year 2000), you need to watch this course and take notes. It has many life application that are not just very useful outside of the military, but will definitely will help you stand out in the workplace, and will help you lead, and deal with routine family life.
