Information in this course contain valuable but basic knowledge. For sure a lot of people would benefit from this information. There is always need for reinforcing good manners or taking care on yourself. In my best knowledge there are some mistakes that should be revisited. Ex. eating multiple times a day to boost metabolism as a healthy way of eating. Look for benefits of intermidient fasting or how eating multiple times a day results in higher chances of insuline problems. I also have a issue with skipping the topics to much (ex. finances) without explaining them enough. In general i think it is a great start for regular people who dont know how to get their lives together but i dont think this are "elite" performance skills - just basic everyday skills. I expected something more based on the program title.

A great summary of the book by the author narrating the book in the same Laconic but emphasized voice found on his other public facing videos. Skills range from the practical to the personal with philosophy under girding it all.

It is well presented and clear, though for me too entry level and basic. I understand everybody is different, but at my age this should be taught at school level. After that you either have it or not.

During this course I have had a lot of reflection. When Christopher littlestone talks about cohesion with your fellow teammates it resonated with me. I was a captain of my baseball team and captain of my basketball team and when he mentions “weak links” and to get rid of them before it to late, it clicked. It is perspective I will have when going into things in my future.

I loved it. It's very intense and to the point. The most important for me was Study Rehearse Master part and Build Your Team. It's very easy to adapt to my work environment. And also I am very grateful for Peer Review part, because this is the great tool for accountability within the team. Only leaders review destabilises the team and creates a favouritism culture. I am very grateful for opportunity to learn this! Thank you .
